Listened to Greg Mckeown on a podcast and had to press pause to add this quote on my notes.

When popularity and being liked no longer becomes our primary focus, we can create authentic relationships of mutial respect where our needs and boundaries are met.

When 99% people doubt you, you're either gravely wrong, or about to make history

Funny how things can be the extremes 😅😳

I love this quote because it reminds me to validate my assumptions while listening to my intuition, seeking patterns, and taking action on what feels right.

Anyone else obsessed with boba like me?

Boba was founded in the 1980s. The Hanlin Tea Room in Tainin City Taiwan claims that boba was invented in 1986 when teahouse owner Tu Tsong-he was inspired by white tapioca balls he saw in the local market. He later thought of combining tea and these chewy balls to make a drink called pearl tea.

Who would've thought that adding chewy tapioca balls in drinks would be so good?? This discovery has definitely made history in my book 😂

During my first programming class, I was so confused about what I was learning that I didn't even know what question to ask.

I would try to figure out how to fix my coding project but would feel so stuck on how to debug my code until I spoke to a TA

The questions we ask ourselves can really get into the crux of what we are trying to solve. But sometimes it's hard to think about the right questions to ask in order to create a breakthrough

I'm grateful for my family, therapist, friends, teachers, mentors, and coworkers that have really helped me identify the questions I need to be asking in order to get unstuck.

If you are a multipassionate women in stem who feels stuck when it comes to becoming a top performer at work while staying committed to your multipassionate projects, let's chat! I'd love to be part of your journey of asking questions that can lead to a breakthrough ❤️

What is a recent question you asked lately got you unstuck?

⭐️Have you ever resisted change not necessarily because you didn't like the idea but because it's going to create change? ⭐️

I love stability. Sometimes I get so caught up on the fact that change is happening and not necessarily the actual thing itself 😳

Like if I'm really set on a routine or process, if something changes, I'll default to resisting it even though I love the idea!

Friendly reminder to take a step back and assess if you are resisting to change because the thing itself does not serve you OR if you are resisting change because you simply don't like change :)

Change is a HUGE part of my productivit-ease program. Change in the way you can optimize your digital workspace so that you can work more with ease and effortlessly.
