I asked God a little while ago…
Why are we not growing fast enough?

Why are we not reaching our goals?

Are my dreams too big?

Should I come down to reality and lower my expectations?

And the Lord response was:

I’m not giving you a team until you are ready; you wouldn’t be able to handle what you are asking for just yet! Be patient and trust the process.

We’ve been challenged the last 2 years like never before; there’s been days I don’t even want to look at my bank account but.., we keep working, buying leads 😎 and sharing this amazing opportunity!

We decided to get busy improving us, the quality of our craft, our customer service and pour ourself into others needs. Let God take care of us, He always does!

We practice having a team with our peers, we care + help and train regardless of the situation!

We’ve been waiting patiently for God to open the doors and make a way, always available and with a good attitude.

Big milestone for our daughter Paulina Sofía, graduating from 5th grade 💛✨ Extremely proud of her accomplishments and achievements!

This are the moments we live for, every little step on@our babies life is a miracle and we are extremely proud of this gal and her strong character and work ethic!

She managed to stay in honor roll regardless of us traveling, she worked all by herself, created a study group and conquer 5th grade all by herself 🥇🤗♥️

December 2020 was the month we launched our own family Business 💗 I just want to take a moment to reflect on where we started and never forget where we come from. 2 foreigners in Alabama building our own business from scratch.

It truly takes some guts, to walk away from a secure 9-5 in a corporate world with benefits and go Free-Lance ~

Our faith has been tested daily, and even at times it’s been hard not to quit! But we are ALL IN AND… THIS IS ALL WE HAVE, SO WE ARE GOING TO KEEP PUSHING & GRINDING until we reach our GOALS!!!

When I started my Insurace career, I struggled the most with prospecting, part of it was the fact that when you are new to anything, your levels of confidence are not there.

I started to think it was my fault, after many attempts to protect family and friends :\ Never again!!!

Having a list to call clients that are actually looking actively to acquire Life Insurance, ease the whole activity. You become more like a benefit coordinator, rather than a sales person.

Also, with time + training + activity you develop better skills to serve your clients, and once you reach your 100 clients so easily with FFL, your level of confidence for the task on hand just comes natural, your levels of self esteem increase and you begin to believe in your worth!

*Specially when you are getting compensated fairly according to your hard work ethic and your true potencial!
