Method.
Andy ki zardi alag kar k safedi main sugar dal k acchi tarah beat karain k fluffy ho jai phr andy ki zardi dal k mix kar lain.dry ingredients ko mix kar k chan lain aur egg main cut & fold kar laun beat mat karya ga simply fold karna hai.battet must be fluffy .greased mold main batter dal k 180°C pay preheated oven main 30 min bake kar lain thanda hony par layers main cut karain.
Icing.
Whipped cream 300 ml
Coctail 1 can
Grated choclate
Chocolate syrup
Pehli layer sponge ki us ko coctail syrup say hi moist kar lain phr whipped cream ki layer then cocktail repeat the step and coat the cake with whipp cream decor per ur choice.
Serve it chill.

Milk
Sugar 1 cup
Oil for frying
Water 1/2 cup
Cardamom 3-4.
Method.
Sb say pehly pani cheeni aur ilachi ko mila k sheera tayar kar lain.
Bread k crumbs kar lain phr un ko doodh k sath sk sahat dough gondain.phr in k balls bna k oil main medium flame py 5 min deep fry karain phr anch low kar k 5 min fry karain.deep fry karna hai aur sath sath in ko halky hath say hilaty huwy brown karna hai jb ho jain to sheera main dal dain 30 min tak aur low flame pay 10 min rehny dai .then serve it.
