Being in the hypnosis industry, and being a client of hypnosis I can tell you that you can be the greatest parent in the world doing your best, and it will most likely be acknowledged later on when your kids grow up and have their own kids, but based on my regressions and my clients regressions, every belief we have comes down to our interpretation of any singular event and the emotions we attach to it. It has nothing to do with the parent, or their good intentions. It can be the most menial thing that happens and BAM, a rigid, illogical belief is born.
You can prove this fact by having a child with the most awful parent who grows up to be an absolute angel to all around them. They've CHOSEN to believe something that affected them and everyone around them positively. Or the parent who was the nicest most giving parent and their child chose a belief that made them treat everyone around them like crap.
It's our beliefs about ourselves in terms of safety that create ALL of our experiences and behaviors.
NO, this does not EXCUSE any particularly bad behavior - but we are all humans doing the best with what we have. And hurt people hurt people, unfortunately. Compassion and understanding is key for this. Even seemingly bad people teach us the most beautiful lessons about ourselves - I choose now to look at the benefit through my self-work and personal evolution.
Just be the best you can be, don't judge yourself for what you're doing or not doing and know at any stage of any of our lives or our kids lives, we and they can change the way we think with the right guidance, when we decide that for us. ✌

It's amazing how when in the line of work I am in, even an everyday conversation can influence a shift in someone.
I guarantee you that we spoke once, on his podcast, and there was no ACH-speak involved. (At least 🤔 I don't remember there being any.)
But just receiving this tonight reminded me, and I guess I may have needed it, why I am here on this earthly plane and what work I'm here to do!
I've been told this before quite a few times. It's like magic 🪄 🎩
I know when people call to talk to me, they feel incredibly different by the end of our conversation, and I'm more than happy to serve!
Imagine what an intentional conversation would be like when you have skin in the game! 😁

The program's are reprogrammable 😁 and so are your habits of behavior!

Wouldn't it make sense to understand the problem and clean it up a bit before we go trying to solve it?
What if making sense of the problem, meaning bring the unconscious aspect of it to conscious light, so that the client can fully understand how the problem came to be and now have more of a choice of what they want to do with it?
We can not get rid of our problems if we don't understand what they are doing for us. Believe it or not, the reason we have a hardy problem that's hard to get rid of is because there is some beneficial reason for having it - usually for survival.
If we can't make sense of it or at least understand it, how are going to know whether or not we want to keep it or lose it?
What are most trainings missing that can inhibit our full understanding of what we are learning?

It's funny how recently I was this exact client, so I'm speaking from personal experience here as 'The Great Deceiver'!
It's very difficult when the client is seemingly being vulnerable but they are hiding their deepest darkest truth; the one that they are so fearful of saying out loud... The one thing that would ultimately shatter their cyclical behavior.
When you practice ACH, you become better at spotting this behavior in your client.
