Pot Mushroom Soup is a perfect recipe on a cold day. This rich and creamy soup takes very little effort and time to prepare.

∙ 2 tbsp Arrowroot Starch
∙ 2 Bay Leaf
∙ 2.5 dl Coconut Milk
∙ 1 tsp Thyme
∙ 0.5 tsp Salt
∙ 1 Onion
∙ 5 dl Vegetable Broth
∙ 0.5 tsp Black pepper
∙ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
∙ 2 tsp Nutmeg Powder

In an instant pot, combine the white mushrooms, onions, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg powder, black pepper, thyme and vegetable broth.

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes is a super-easy way to make a creamy vegetable side dish. It’s just as smooth as your usual mashed potatoes with lots of nutritious ingredients.

∙ 10 dl Cauliflower
∙ 1 tsp Cumin
∙ 0.25 tsp Black pepper
∙ 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
∙ 1 Lemon (juiced)
∙ 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
∙ 4 tbsp Olive oil
∙ 1 tsp Salt⁠⁠
∙ 1 dl Tahini
∙ 1 Green onion
∙ 0.25 tsp Paprika powder
∙ 4 tbsp Almond milk (unsweetened)

Preheat the oven to 225°C.

Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.

Place the cauliflower in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until all the florets are coated with oil.
