In an instant pot, combine the white mushrooms, onions, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg powder, black pepper, thyme and vegetable broth.

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes is a super-easy way to make a creamy vegetable side dish. Itâs just as smooth as your usual mashed potatoes with lots of nutritious ingredients.

â 10 dl Cauliflower
â 1 tsp Cumin
â 0.25 tsp Black pepper
â 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
â 1 Lemon (juiced)
â 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
â 4 tbsp Olive oil
â 1 tsp Saltâ â
â 1 dl Tahini
â 1 Green onion
â 0.25 tsp Paprika powder
â 4 tbsp Almond milk (unsweetened)

Preheat the oven to 225°C.

Grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.

Place the cauliflower in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until all the florets are coated with oil.

Arrange the cauliflower onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Check to ensure that the florets are not stacked on each other.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the cauliflower florets are tender and browned.

After the baking cycle remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the cauliflower into a bowl.

Add the cumin, black pepper, cinnamon powder, garlic, salt, tahini and paprika powder.
