According to Psychology Today, Zoom fatigue is a real thing. Zoom fatigue is described as the tiredness, worry or burnout associated with overusing virtual platforms of communication. Are you suffering from this? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
