These are our rice bowl Chicken Adobo and Bistek Tagalog, a traditional meat dish from Central Luzon 🇵🇭. It was derived after the Spanish bistec. Bistek tagalog is thinly sliced beef cooked in a flavorful and citrusy sauce made of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and calamansi cooked in the low fire. Topped with lots of fresh onions.🤤

What is it? - It’s a beef stew with veggies cooked in low heat made with love!

What makes our dish special? -
This dish is gluten-free! We marinate with a little bit of salt, vinegar, soy sauce garlic powder, and fresh lemon juice! We decided to skip soy sauce to offer those who have a gluten allergy.
The main ingredients are garlic, onions, bay leaves, black pepper, bell pepper tomato sauce, pineapple, carrots, and potato.
