It truly is a privilege to be able to create a menu and experience to pair with these wines and the people that make west county so special. This is why we are here. These people, this community, this land, these vineyards and farms.
Early spring we had the pleasure of visiting the winery and walking the estate vineyard with Eric and Davida. To say it was dreamy is an understatement. Everything is soaked in history and both Eric and Davida are amazing stewards of the land, vineyards, and farm which is all fully biodynamic. All this comes through in how brilliant the wines are.

We’re very excited to welcome Megan Bell of for our next winemaker tasting event on Friday, July 26th! Megan lives and works in the Santa Cruz Mountains, crafting low-intervention wines from underrepresented regions, vineyards, and varietals. Our love affair with Lamb manoushe (Lahmacun) continues. Only available for lunch hours ( open-5pm) but on the menu all this week until sellout!
Spiced lamb minced with vegetables and herbs baked off on a pita and topped with a fresh herb and sumac onion salad 🌱🌿
Lately we’ve been making this our standby lunch special because we are slightly obsessed with it so come by during daytime hours to grab one!
We’re happy to finally share the menu for our dinner featuring with you! Creating this menu to pair with the sublime wines that Eric, Davida, and the RC team grow and make was such a blast and we can’t wait for y’all to enjoy it. And seriously, this wine list is one you have to experience! We will be pouring some harder-to-find bottlings from the Radio-Coteau cellar, which will also be available for purchase to-go. 🫛 English pea and stracciatella 🫛
We hand shuck and blanch English peas so you can get your fix without all the work then they are dressed in Meyer lemon zest and toasted coriander. Confit green garlic, pickled rhubarb, fresh mint, pea shoots, and hazelnuts are all in the party and are placed on a bed of stracciatella ( of which we are obsessed with) . Also did you know this cheese is made about 20 minutes from the restaurant?! 😍
Pro tip is to order it with some grilled sourdough but if gluten is not for you it’s delicious as is 😘

We’ve been keeping this one under wraps for a minute, but it’s finally time to announce that on Thursday, July 18th (that’s right, THURSDAY), we will be hosting winegrower Eric Sussman of and pairing his dreamy wines and ciders with six courses from Chef Geneva!
One of our favorite aspects of being a part of the local wine community is learning the philosophies and decisions that get a wine from grape to glass straight from the winemaker themself. Eric’s passion and experience have been a pleasure to learn from and this is a great opportunity to hear from him and enjoy a hell of a meal (that might include some rare vintage wines…). Hi Friends and Fam! We sold out of the Martha Stoumen collab dinner tonight which means we will be closing the restaurant for that private event tonight starting at 6:30pm! The dinner does start at 7pm for all of you that have tickets 💘.
We will still take walk-ins at 5pm for snacks and glasses of wine but we will be closing to the public at 6:15 to get ready!

First up, new to the menu is our smoked black cod dip. Local black cod gets smoked in house with applewood and mixed with house made creme fraiche, caramelized shallots, lemon zest, and topped with chives and dill. On the all day menu so you can pop in and get whenever the craving hits.

We are stoked that so many of you reserved your tables and your birds! We are officially closing reservations, but there is space for walk-ins. KFC might be sold out, but we have plenty of other delicious dinner options and glasses of bubbles available!
ALSO, we are modifying our hours for tomorrow. The bottle shop is open at noon, and the kitchen is opening at 3:00 for happy hour so we can have a little extra time to get ready for dinner service. See you tomorrow!
We are taking a little winter break to rest, see family, spruce things up for you, and dream up new dishes and menus!
But before we break, let’s party together!We will be open this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
✨NYE at The Redwood will consist of fried chicken, shrimp cocktail, caviar, and 5 or 6 different bubbles by the glass with so many more exciting bottles to pop, and lots of joy! Seats are starting to fill up so email or dm us for reservations. No tickets or prix fixe, everything is a la carte, but we will have a limited amount of Siberian caviar to pair with your crispy potatoes so get on it!
If you are going to a party, now is the time to stock up on bubbles too! The wine shop will be open normal hours starting at 12pm all three days.
Our winter break will be from January 1st- 11th. We will miss you so but we will have a lot of exciting things to jump back into service with you on January 12th!

While we are on the subject of holidays, we will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so we and our staff can spend time with loved ones.
New Years Eve is coming up fast, do you have plans? Come have dinner with us! We’re closing out 2023 with a Korean-style fried chicken special and lots of bubbly options to drink by the glass. And for those of you who feel like balling out, we’ll have caviar that you can add to your fried chicken or any other dish on our menu (or just a big bump of it by itself!).
