Did you know that I make my own hand rolled bundles?

Sure do!

When I started making these, I used basic herbs that you could find at the supermarket, but as time has gone on, I’ve expanded into growing my own ~&~ them from my property!

I’ve really enjoyed watching the different flowers bloom in the wild, getting to be surprised as the seasons wear on as to what might pop up (this is my first real time living on & experiencing my property for the gorgeous piece of nature it really is). 🌺

The blends change as the seasons do, so you won’t always be able to count on me having exactly the same ones (also meaning if you see one that really tickles your fancy, holler at your girl fast, & we’ll hook you up).

The blends pictured are & (great for calming & love), & (an excellent cleanser & refresher of spaces), & rosemary & black eyed Susan (believe it or not, awesome for clearing & welcoming in new beginnings).

I mean, y’all…where tf else will you see these? 😜

I've never seen this venue before, but the pics were impressive...& the vendor map blew my mind, lol. SOOOO MANY VENDOOOORS, so much cool stuff I wanna peruse before I hunker down in my booth!

I only just recently was introduced to this frickin' groovy-ass store, not TEN MINUTES from where I used to live (which would've been so stinkin' helpful! 😜). Very cool digs, VERY cool products (featuring loads of local small businesses 😍). Can't wait, !

Sure, are natural occurrences, but just like anything else...
..if you believe in or that the is always trying to converse w/ you, these mundane things can take in beautiful new meaning (like yesterday’s Luna moth). 🌈

Rainbows typically are associated w/ good luck, blessings, & indicate that you’re heading down the right path.

It’s supposed to rain a ton here in Nashville this weekend into early next week, so locals—keep your eyes peeled when the clouds part. 👀🙏🏻

Pretty, but kind of a jerk.

Luna moths represent rebirth, renewal of body & spirit, regeneration & even the soul itself according to some sources. Moths do generally symbolize of some kind, but the beautiful luna moth takes it to another level.

So it goes when you’re in your ✨ When you do the work, you’re rewarded w/ reminders that you’re on the right track. 🦋

When a creature unexpectedly crosses your path, it’s always curious to consider what message they’re bringing you. What’s your first response to them? What does it mean to you? What’s the most prevalent situation on your mind?

Interestingly, this dude wouldn’t let me save him—he could save himself (which he must’ve, ‘cause he was gone when I came back).

So, what’s my message? Despite any perceived struggles I may have, I’m doing a pretty darn good job of renewing & revitalizing myself on all levels—even when the process feels sucky & uncomfortable. I don’t need to be saved, I have everything I need to “save” myself.

Some days you’re on top of the world, like the & others, you’re off your game.

And that’s fu***ng frustrating. Especially when you feel like you’ve been trucking along, doing your work.

This can be a side effect of energy work—sort of like a hangover or an energetic fallout. As you work on healing things, especially deeply ingrained issues, energy shifts—& sometimes that looks like things getting worse before they get better. Moodiness, fatigue, sensitivity (physical & emotional), & increased triggering are just a handful of experiences you might have after a healing.

That doesn’t make it not worth it though—the only way past is through. 🚂 Gotta remember, you’re dealing w/ some old stuff—generational stuff even. 🕯 It’s gonna take some getting uncomfortable to dismantle old patterns that have been basically written into your DNA.

But it’s okay. You’ll be again, the Sausage King of Chicago. 🌭

Oh dear, having some of those days where we can’t see what’s right in front of us. 😛🍷

I don’t consider myself remotely a but man, when it comes to trying to promote yourself, how often do we just not do anything because it’s not just right?

I hadn’t done s**t w/ these because I didn’t have my logo vectorized. I didn’t need to wait for that.

Fear of failure & judgment & imposter syndrome are all super powerful, aren’t they?

Anyway, I’m actually really pleased w/ how they came out, even kinda proud how good they look considering I whipped them together (thank you high school procrastination w/ good grades translating into adulthood).

I poke fun at baths being a self-care thing in jest because, c’mon, it -is- a little bit overly common in “Top 5 Ways to Show Yourself Love Right Now.”

You know what else is self-care though? Noticing your response when old triggers & situations arise & seeing how far you’ve come. And how you choose to respond differently.

Noticing that massive shift you never saw coming, but boom, here you are.

I had an ex email me last weekend—the one I really thought I’d spend the rest of my life w/, that was an on & off again relationship of highest highs & lowest lows, that ended in utter flames.

Any other time he’d reached out in the past, I snatched it up. Not this time.

I sat on it a good long while. I was immediately aware of how much I didn’t actually want to converse w/ him & how much it meant to me to hold my in a way I never really could when we were together.

It felt pretty amazing. More done than I had even thought it was already. And that is due in no small part to all the & self healing I have dedicated myself to in the interim.

It seems really small & trivial, but when you know the bulls**t you let yourself go through before only to feel motherf**kin’ in your power...I’ll definitely take that as a win.
