For me, the greatest advantage of working online is the freedom to work where and when I want to.
You do have to do some work, of course, but you can do it around your other activities.

I often get asked what actually is digital marketing and working in the online space.

In simple words, digital marketing, also called online marketing, is the promotion of brands to connect with potential customers using the internet and other forms of digital communication. This includes not only email, social media, and web-based advertising, but also text and multimedia messages as a marketing channel.

So in practical terms, it means that I use social media, mainly Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, to promote my business.
I post content, connect with people and generally have a lot of fun :-)

The other good thing is that I actually make money doing it.
We spend so much time on our phones scrolling, why not be more productive and actually use it to earn additional income.

What is a digital product?

It is basically any product that is created, delivered, and consumed in a digital format. These products exist purely in electronic or digital form and can be distributed online.

It could be any of the following:
- an ebook or guide
- a journal
- stationery
- online courses
- workshops
- how to guides
- subscriptions and memberships.

The best thing about digital marketing and digital products is that there is a vast array of choice.

If you have something that you are passionate about that you really want to share with people, then you can create your product around that.
Or if you don't have the time to do that, there are many premade products that you can buy and adapt to your own needs so that most of the hard work is done, and then you can sell those.

The other great thing is that you make them once and sell them repeatedly so the true definition of passive income.

Hi everyone, I thought it was probably time I reintroduced myself to you all.
First of all, thanks for staying with my page. I have been through a number of business changes over the last year or so and finally I have discovered the thing that is absolutely perfect for me.

A little history
- almost five years ago, I started an online digital business and supported others to do the same. I had some success but I was never very comfortable with the business model (it was network marketing based) and the integrity of the business so after four years, I decided I needed to change direction.
- about a year, I started making and selling digital products and really honing my skills as a digital marketer. I love doing this and feel that I can not only be creative, but also open and honest about what I am doing.

So move to today, where I am now running a successful digital marketing business based on providing training and digital products.

I spent 25 years working in a pretty stressful environment and every day I questioned what I was doing.
I used to stare out the window and think there must be more to life than this.

I didn't feel as if I was in the right place.
I didn't feel as if I was the right fit.
I wanted more and decided that it was time to change my life.

I discovered more about myself and what I really needed to do to be my authentic self.
I needed to get rid of a lot of long held limiting beliefs and made the decision to change my life.

Now I live in the south of France doing the things I love in the place I love.
Doesn't get much better than that.

My annual visit to see the seals in Norfolk.
Always beautiful and a treat to see them in the wild.
Although I live in France, it's also great to get back to the UK sometimes to visit family and friends and at this time of year, to see the seals as well 😁

Spending some time back in the UK with family and had a lovely walk on the beach in the winter sunshine.
The colours were amazing.
