Morning hs warriors how are we all doing today

Keep fighting warriors we got this I'm struggling atm with flares but in always here if needed

Hidradenitis is more than the physical side of it it's much more than the flares an the scars an the physical pain an infection it also hits hard on your mental health it truly is such a hard life long condition 2 live with today I have 5 new flares at once an it is just as much as I can mentally an physically take have cried my heart out this morning with the pain my mental health has taken a hard hit with it I'm not sure how much more I can take I need a break from my own skin so bad 😭😭 keep strong warriors I no I am trying so hard to be strong today

This is truly how I am feeling today 2 operations in 5 days 2 remove flares I'm in agony its torture packing everyday for the arm I just need a break from my skin
