So the Musical Gone Astray I’ve been working in with Jennie Staniloff-Redling and Steve Weiner will be featured on NPR WIOX FM NY. It’s a fisrt opportunity to hear a bit if the show and a couple of demo songs for the show. We’re pretty excited. Being absolutely brand new to the Musical Theater world this, for me, has been an amazing journey and Im excited to get to share a glimpse of what we have going on.

Michelle Macau and Erwin Karl will interview Jennie Staniloff-Redling, Stephen A. Weiner and Edward Koban about how they transformed the award winning play GONE ASTRAY into a musical about:
Two women fighting for the spirit of a missing child. Kerryn O’Mally has insisted for nine years that her daughter is still alive. Since the child’s abduction she has frozen herself, her husband and their mentally handicapped son in a changeless state. With the missing girl’s twentieth birthday approaching, a young woman of the Lakota nation arrives claiming powers for ing recover what is lost. Soon a fierce battle of wills ensues when the hopes of Kerryn, a white American steeped in Roman Catholic rituals, clashes with the doubts of a Native girl who has wandered adrift of her culture and people.
