We love a good bath bomb self care moment, but sometimes they tint your tub! Our fav products to remove scum and staining are Scrub Daddy sponges with The Pink Stuff, or a melamine Magic Eraser sponge!

When the vacuum doesn’t quite cut it 🐈‍⬛🐈I got to try out a new pet fur removing tool from ALDI USA on these dining room chairs! Wait for the end to see all the fur that was removed 👀If you’ve been struggling with pet fur stuck in your furniture, a handheld tool like this can help loosen and remove it. Be gentle and test a small patch first, as some fabrics may snag!

Dust happens 🤷🏻‍♀️ Here’s our top tips for dealing with it! 1. Dust underneath items, not just around them 🧽 It’s tempting to just dust the ledges and edges, but a full, thorough dusting includes dusting under each item. You don’t have to do it every time, but try for once a month! 2. Use one cloth to remove the bulk of the dust, and a separate clean cloth to polish the surface. 🫧Microfiber rags or the Damp Duster work great for dusting! But avoid using that now-dusty rag to apply dusting polish if you’re using it 3. Dust the items as you put them back ✨Your surface is clean, but your knickknacks are still dusty. Wipe them down before putting them back where they belong using the same dusting tool you used before 4. Save floors for last 🧹 After dusting, give the space a quick vacuum to pick up any loose dust that’s fallen from your rag5. Do one room at a time ⏰ If dusting your entire home feels overwhelming, just start with one room. Next week, tackle a different room. The following week, another! Pantry Organization 🙌🏻🧄🥨🍞Here’s our system for organizing a pantry: 1️⃣ Pull out everything and sort it into two piles - expired and not expired (Bonus: flag the items that are nearing expiration with post its!)2️⃣ Dust, vacuum, and mop once emptied out 3️⃣ Organize into categories that make sense to you (baking, breakfast, snacks, dinner, etc)4️⃣ Place the items back in the pantry in their new groupings (Storage bins can be helpful for small items!)While this isn’t a service we regularly offer, we’re happy to help our existing clients with the projects they’ve been struggling to get to! Testing viral cleaning hacks so you don’t have to, part two! I was hopeful this hack would be a good one because half of my clients have lost their vacuum attachments 😂 Unfortunately the suction was too strong for the paper towel roll and squeezed the sides in. It still sucked up the dirt and dust in the window track, but some dirt got stuck in the roll and didn’t make it into the vacuum! A toilet paper roll, shorter with thicker cardboard, may do the trick 🤷🏻‍♀️ 2/5 stars, would use in a pinch

Glass showers are gorg, but they also show every water mark and soap splash! 🫧🚿 • If your shower glass is looking foggy, try a slightly abrasive cleaner to remove hard water and soap buildup. We like Pink Stuff paired with a Scrub Daddy sponge, or a Magic Eraser! • Removing excess water with a squeegee after showers will allow you to go longer between cleans • Regularly cleaning your glass means each clean won’t take as long.
