Thank you, everyone, for participating in the very first event hosted by us. It was a pleasant surprise to see such a big crowd eager to contribute and learn. And congratulation to Alex Gavriluta, winning a free ICAgile class.

Lucia kept all of us, 70+ folks, entertained working together, identifying behaviours that lead to infective working dynamics. We brainstorm on effective countermeasures and agree on a few critical superpowers that Scrum Masters and Product Owners must be aware of and nurture.

!What's coming next! The next event will be in January 2022, and we are super excited to let you know we listen to you, and we are looking into the relation between Scaled Agile and Agile Coaching.

Meet Lucia, our speaker for the first event. She brings over 20 years of experience in multicultural and geographically distributed enterprises coaching teams, other coaches and leaders at all levels. She helps her clients define and achieve success and her goal is to help them create self-sustainable change.

Lucia is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC), who also serves as a CTC Certification Reviewer. She is also ICAgile Instructor, Path to CSP Educator and contributed to the Scrum Alliance Path to Coaching program.
