Hello and welcome to our new page for fishing specifically. I will be posting my fly tying, lure creations and our fishing adventures. What I make will be used by our family, friends and will also be up for sale, so please feel free to inquire about what you see. Also open to any ideas for creations that you've wanted to see or try.

I was taught how to tie flies when I was a kid by my dad. I enjoyed it back then. Liked the relaxation it brought and the creativeness that could be shown through making them. After I left home I hadn't made any until a year ago, when it popped back into my head. My husband bought me a small starter kit and away I went getting back into it.

So we aren't fly fisher's; my dad was and that's why he taught me. We like to troll for fish in lakes and creeks for trout and bass. Though my husband likes to fish with bait and sometimes worms, I tend to bounce between bait, worms and eggs, but my favorite has always been bright spinning lures and an ultra light fishing pole. I enjoy using those the most no matter where we fish.

This is probably one hobby we haven't shared too much of on social media, but I feel like now is the time to share and have some fun. Feel free to comment below what you like fishing with the most and what is your favorite fish to cook and eat. Now let's have some fun and get to fishing.
