Strange things happening lately!! White stags are a very rare sight and having one strolling through the streets of Liverpool is pretty magical. Quite sad that it’s life was taken unnecessarily though❤️ We’re being reminded to take back our power and be the sovereign free spirits we were all born to be. We’re most definitely going through a renewal phase that’s for sure and I’m confident the light is going to win the spiritual battle we’re in right now! ❤️

The healing session will begin shortly after 19:30. This will be a taster session for you to experience the healing energy. Please be in a comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed for approx 30mins. Light some candles or incense. You may need a blanket due to temperature changes and a bottle of water.

How do you like to start your day? At the moment I’m drinking a cup of Root tea to keep me grounded and re-reading the magic, followed by a meditation session. I’ve just started learning Soma breathing and I’m very excited to dive a bit deeper this week. It’s hard not to get caught up in what’s going on in the world and sometimes we just need to remind ourselves of all the things we’re grateful for! 💞
