الرضا والخصوصيّة: لا تصوّروا وتنشروا ما في بيوتكم، فليس هذا هو الشكر الذي تدوم به النعم، ولا أثر النعمة التي يحب أن يراها الله على عبده، ولا هو العدف من الأجهزة المحمولة والإنترنت... بل هو حرق وحسرة لقلوب وهدم للخصوصية وفتج أحد أبواب الشر...، استعينوا على قضاء حوائجكم بالكتمان.
وكلمة السر هي "الرضا"...

ليكن هذا الشهر فرصة مراجعة ورجوع، تدبّر وتمعّن، إعادة نظر وانطلاقة بل وبداية جديدة، نعي فيه الفرق بين الدين والتديّن والذي لا يكفي وحده إن لم يتجسد في وينعكس على سلوكنا وأخلاقنا وتعاملنا من صدق وأمانة ونزاهة وشرف وأخلاق وقيم... والتي نقرّ جميعاً بإنحدارها، فالمعايير والمفاهيم انقلبت والمباديء حوربت. فليعلق كل منّا جرسه ولنبدأ بأنفسنا بإعادة تقييم شاملة لذاتنا وللآخرين من حولنا لنضع أسس هذه الانطلاقة وقواعد التقييم والتعامل ولتكن مبادرة تسهم في الإصلاح. وأرى أنّ الظروف القاسية التي نعيشها تصبّ في ذلك وتحفّز عليه ففي كل شر خير، ربما تكون فرصة سانحة لإحداث ولو جزء من التغيير المطلوب وذلك بالرجوع الى ما كنا عليه قبل التلويث والتشويه من بعض العابرين من الداخل والخارج.
بالعلم تحيا الأمم وبالتعليم تبنى الدول وتنهض، وتراجع التعليم قضية مركبة معقدة جدّاً جرى عليها ما جرى خلال عقود، فمن جيل الألفية الى جيل كورونا الى .... ومع ذلك نقول دوماً بأنّ الإنترنت من أفضل اختراعات القرن العشرين إن لم يكن أفضلها إن أحسنّا استخدامه فهو سيف ذو حدّين، فأي حدّ منهما أستخدمنا؟ أرى أنّه في ظل غياب التوجيه والرقابة على المحتوى والاستخدام وقياس التأثير والأثر والنتائج تتشوّه العقول ويتشتت الفكر وتقلب الحقائق لتأثيره الكبير في بناء الفكر والشخصية والتربية سلباً أو إيجاباً، اذا باتت الوقاحة قوة شخصية والدياثة تحضّر والسرقة وأكل الحقوق والمحسوبية والنفاق "شطاره"... إذاً فقد أخفقنا وسحقاً للتكنولوجيا التي أسهمت بإيصالنا لهذا المستوى والعكس صحيح.
جميعنا نتحمل المسؤولية تجاه الأجيال القادمة، فليعلّق كل جرسه ولا نكون معول هدم بحسن أو سوء نيّة فالنتيجة واحدة وفاقد الشيء لا يعطيه.
نسأل الله الصلاح والهداية والعيش بكرامة ورغد للجميع وندعو للأجيال القادمة ولهذا الشعب المظلوم ومن كافة الأطراف بمستقبل أفضل.

Darze “Fashion Design Innovation Hub” 🧥Empowers Fashion Entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneurship and Startups Track💥
Nablus - DARZE incubator at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology, has successfully completed its first Entrepreneurship & Startups track.
🌟This groundbreaking initiative aimed to equip two groups of a total of 30 participants, including graduates of the vocational training sector, as well as specialists in fashion design👔, leather 💼 and furniture industries🪑, with the necessary skills and resources to enhance their prospects of self-employment and success in establishing and developing their own projects and startups.
Each group of participants underwent an intensive training program consisting of a comprehensive 100+ training hours focused on entrepreneurship and life skills. A wide range of topics were covered, including business ideation and validation, business plan preparation, financial and market analysis, pitching skills and green entrepreneurship, as well as 21st century skills including Media and Information Literacy (MIL), design thinking, critical thinking, intercultural understanding and effective communication. In addition to the training sessions, participants received specialized coaching sessions, enabling them to refine their project ideas and develop their robust business plans.
🥇By the end of the program, 26 business plans were submitted to DARZE incubator, which underwent a meticulous evaluation process. The ventures were assessed by a specialized evaluation committee based on their business plans and pitching. As a result, the top ranked projects were chosen by the jury panel to receive incubation services at DARZE including seed funding, ensuring ongoing support for their development and growth.
🎉🎉🎇🎆To celebrate the accomplishments of the participants, a special ceremony was organized by DARZE and attended by Mr. Alaa Darwish from Hisham Hijjawi College, representing its Dean, Dr. Amer Massad, Mrs. Tala Khalifa from TVET4Future of UNESCO, and the incubation and startups expert, Eng. Hasan Omar from Glow Innovations. During their opening remarks, they all commended the dedication, seriousness, passion, and the exceptional quality of the projects and business plans presented.
📢At the end of the event, Eng. Hasan Omar proudly announced the first group of five businesses to be enrolled in the incubation process at DARZE incubator and receive business development services and seed funding. Congratulations!🥼🦺👕👜
DARZE Incubator places significant emphasis on supporting graduates in TVET sector and professionals in fashion design, leather industries, and furniture. The incubator actively encourages projects with a focus on sustainability, green and social impact, prioritizing women and individuals with disabilities. Its overarching vision is to advance this sector and foster the establishment of high-caliber companies with innovative ideas, designs, products, and services targeting international markets through the UNESCO project funded by the Government of Belgium through Enabel, and implemented by Glow Innovations and River Company.
