So I’m super motivated to keep consistent, keep pushing and challenging myself to become stronger.

Hit my goal of 60kg whilst on holiday so you know I was yamming every and anything in sight. so much good food it was hard to keep track of what I was eating - but I didn’t care! I felt amazing and I felt more comfortable in my skin at this size, than I ever have.
Holiday is for holidaying, relaxing, tanning and enjoying an abundance of unfiltered fun! Remember to take that time! ❤️

Why incorporate mobility into working out?
Mobility refers to our ability to move freely without causing stress on the body. As we age, this can naturally decline, so its important that we stay mobile, soft and ssssupple ( voice) in order to combat this!
Mobility training can improve your range of movement in the joints and muscles, it can also assist and improve posture by improving our body awareness!
By incorporating some simple mobility exercises into your week you can alleviate aches and pains and more importantly prevent injuries! Give this mobility circut a go 🔥

Always believe in yourself and always stretch yourself beyond your limits. Sis you are capable of accomplishing more than you know.
You have more potential than you think, but you will never know your full potential unless you keep challenging yourself and pushing beyond your own self imposed limits.
Not that long ago, I’d struggle to run for the bus... no lie. My chest would feel like it’s about to say sis.... mi gone. But accepting new challenges and pushing myself enabled me to progress and really see the change in myself physically and mentally... it’s also about believing in yourself and having the confidence to say “yes” I can do this. Because you can!
