Rhonda and I left our house about one hour after the storm. Schalk Road #1 was blocked in many places. A few cars were trapped between downed trees. We approached two pickups and several adults and teenagers cutting up trees and opening the road. We helped them all the way to Water Tank Road. Another neighbor joined us with a skid steer. This is why I love Carroll County. People like this working together to help each other. THANK YOU, NEIGHBORS!!
