Anti-Drug Campaign (Title adopted from Curriculum Guide)
Introduction: Today, drug abuse is severely affecting the society causing the mental health issues not only to the students but to individuals who used it. Several drug prevention approaches and strategies have been introduced in addressing the said problem offered by the school, civic organizations and government agencies in our hometown.
Purpose of the Study: The purpose of this campaign is to educate the youth to reject the illicit drugs, orient them not to
use it and discontinue the use if ever they are using it. It increases the level of awareness and enhances
knowledge about the dangers of drugs.
Description:
It is an educational and rehabilitation program aimed for drug-addicted and recovering youth, with the goal of helping them make a positive change in their lives. It is a nationwide anti-drug campaign led by the national police to ensure that the public is aware of and involve in the effort. A drug is a substance that changes how the body works. If a drug is not prescribed by a doctor or purchased from a pharmacy, it is classified as "illegal", meaning it is prohibited by law. Shabu, ma*****na and rugby are three regularly used substances in the Philippines that raise the risk of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and psychosis.

As partner in disseminating information about the ICT project, stakeholders, school administrations, parents, barangays, and LGUS in town were assisted.
