1 Cut the nail frequently:

Always keep the nail well cut and trimmed. Buy a nail clipper that fits your finger and cut the nail into a square shape to prevent it from jamming. Cut at least once a week.

2 File your nails:

After cutting from a quick sanding just to remove the remaining tips.


3 Clean the nail:

This seems obvious but is fundamental, wash your hand frequently to remove the dirt that is between the nail. If it becomes too difficult, use a brush to help.

4 Do not remove the cuticle:

Do not remove the cuticles, as they protect your nails. If you choose to remove them, do not remove them completo.

5 Do not bite the nail:

Do not bite your nails, do not pull the hairs with your teeth, as they hurt a lot and can facilitate the entry of bacteria in the bruise.
