This quote by Emily Jane hit me hard. Your child/teen is trying to figure things out on their own and getting nowhere. When they ask for help they are told they are fine, you just need to listen, I've told you this already, why are you so confused?

Parenting a child with ADHD can also feel this way. It is like spinning in circles and hoping for the best, but expecting the worst.
So many adults struggled through as children. The magic is the change and awareness we have now.

Instead of hearing you aren't lost, you can validate the struggle, put yourself in their shoes and understand what it's like to have ADHD.
I have taken all my top tips and facts that I've shared with my clients and patients in my career in pediatric medical and mental health and put them in a guide for you! ADHD Decoded
