Announcement 📣. Here we are committed to improvements and ensuring that patients get the best possible outcomes with their scalp cooling treatment. We are also committed to ensuring that all of our treatment protocols and guidance are as diverse and inclusive as possible. One of our highest priorities is making sure that anyone who wishes to scalp cool can. We know that all hair is different, particularly when it comes to scalp cooling hair care and hair preparation. Therefore I am delighted to announce that we have now launched our new much needed and awaited protocols for the preparation of Hair Types 3 & 4 (Curly & Coily) What are we aiming to achieve through hair prep?

It is important that your hair is properly prepared before the cap is fitted on the day of treatment:

💫To reduce the volume of the hair and get rid of small pockets of air that can insulate the scalp
💫To aid conductivity allowing heat to travel away from your scalp
💫To make sure removing the cap is easy after treatment

Topped off with watching the win at Baseball last night! My first experience of American sport & I loved it! 🏟

Clinical Pioneer Program Atlanta is a go! ✨🇺🇸. Proud & happy to have got our first in person Clinical Pioneer Program since the pandemic underway here in Atlanta. Educating, inspiring and accrediting clinicians to provide the best for their patients and being able to provide best practice information to colleagues. 💙

30 minutes to go! ✨ So excited to be hosting our first Meet & Greet here in Atlanta. A chance for our wonderful patients from our Facebook Closed Group Community to meet myself & our US team as well as each other! To celebrate this wonderful cold cap community. Topped off with some local clinicians too.

U.S Bound! 🇺🇸 First business trip back to the U.S in 2 years and I am so excited! Atlanta here I come! Looking forward to a full week of site visits, our first ever Facebook Group Meet & Greet with myself and the team. I am so looking forward to meeting up with some of our wonderful patients. Just as excited to be running our first in person ‘Paxman Clinical Pioneer Program’ (US spelling) in over 2 years! Cannot wait to get a room full of our Paxman user clinicians and fill them with even more knowledge and understanding of to enable them to provide THE absolute best for patients and feel enthusiastic & energised about the treatment! Date Night With This Gorgeous One! 🥰 This tea time and evening has been spent with this gorgeous little man, my wonderful nephew Rory. My fabulous brothers Richard & son. I am so honoured to have been a big part of this little man’s life since Rich & Dan adopted him 6 months ago. He’s been and stayed at Auntie Claire’s a number of times as well as days out and spending lots of time together. It has just been the two of us this evening so thought it quite fitting that we went and had tea at the restaurant that I met him at for the very first time near enough 6 months to the day. It has been just perfect and when he comes and sits on your knee after he’s finished his food, cuddles me & tells me he loves me.. my heart literally melts and I feel like the luckiest & happiest person in the world 💜🥰. Finished off the evening by getting in our pj’s and snuggling on the sofa. Just heaven!! 😊I am so proud of Rich & Dan and the incredible parents that they are to Rory and I am so thankful to them for these such special times. Absolutely LOVE being an Auntie to all my gorgeous nephews & niece 💙💙💙🧡

So proud of this one dressed in his Royal Marines uniform and stood to attention at 11am to pay his respects and honour and remember all those that gave their lives to save ours...... 🌹. Very poignant to him this year as he steps closer to fulfilling his dream and serving in the military. Last month this one had his interview for the and passed. Few more steps to go and he will be a Royal Marine whilst training next year 💚 🌹
