Sirsasana or Headstand is said to be the king of yoga poses. It has multiple health benefits. It speeds up the blood circulation and ensures that the brain receives sufficient, well-oxygenated blood.
Sirsasana is an advance yoga pose and thus, must be practiced under the guidance of a professional yoga teacher.

Yoga mats can quickly encounter dirt, grime, and bacteria. Whether you practice at home or in a studio, placing your mat on the floor, standing on it and sometimes sweating above it means your mat needs frequent cleaning and care.
When you simply roll your mat up from bottom to top, you roll grit and unseen scraps and dirt onto your mat's clean, working surface.
By folding your mat in half, the top end of the yoga mat folds onto itself. This keeps the dirty side of your mat from coming into contact with the clean side of your mat.
