High Protein Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust!

Cottage cheese is like the new cauliflower, and all the different ways you can use it. I love cottage cheese it’s so filling!!

Ingredients:
🥛1 cup cottage cheese
🥚 2 eggs
🧀1/2 cup parmesan
🍝 Italian seasoning
🧂Pinch of salt
🧄 Garlic
🧅 Onion

Crust:
Take 1 cup cottage cheese, mix together with 2 eggs. Add the parmesan, Italian seasonings, garlic, salt + dried onions to the mixture. Pour this on the parchment paper/baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

📌Optional! Add your favv toppings:
1/4-1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream. Add some ranch seasoning (I make mine). Spread it across the crust. Top with grass fed meat, chopped mushrooms, baby spinach leaves + raw df cheese. Bake for about 15 min! YUM!
