ครูขา..เราฝึกอย่างอื่นที่ไม่ใช่แอชตังก้าบ้างได้มั้ยคะ
ครูยิ้มอ่อนนนนน…
จัดใหญ่ไฟกระพริบ แถมสะพานโค้ง แบบ จุกๆ
จะจำไว้ให้ขึ้นใจว่าถ้าขี้เกียจฝึกโยคะ…
จะได้ฝึกท่าไหน ❤️

การฝึกโยคะ ท่าบิด เป็นท่าที่ยากที่สุดสำหรับเรา
ยากกว่า arm balance ยากกว่า สะพานโค้ง
ครู “น้ำหนักขึ้นนิ ก็ยิ่งจะเข้าท่าบิดยากขึ้น”
ปาดน้ำตาเบาๆ
“ยากทุกท่าค่ะ ครู” 🙏🏻
