At Pinch, we have a passion for interactive courses — we are always developing + experimenting with surprising dishes for seated dinners.
One of our favorites is our “yellowtail ceviche” where the bamboo skewer is pulled away and the ceviche falls into the broth. A clever activity that helps guests complete the dish and hopefully stimulate conversation + warmth. 💛
