- Atleast 1 year of training experience which covers facilitation and presentation
-Conducts Training Needs Analysis
Submits well timed monthly training tracker
-Prepares payroll and Webtime data for the L&D department
-Assists in sending training invites and room reservations
-Updates and maintains the training calendar and training database
-Encodes evaluation for all training programs of L&D
-Creates monthly inventory and assists in supplies requisitions
-Updates and maintains leave tracker
-Monitor finance forms and assists in check requisition

Qualifications

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
Working knowledge of the development of training designs and the conduct of TNA
-Proficient with MS Office applications
-Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Customer orientation, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
-Willing to work in Taguig, Makati or Cubao
-Willing to work on site
-Preferably who can start ASAP
