✨ How do I do it all? ✨ You mean work a 9-5, maintain a house, be a wife, be a PTO and multi-sports mom, run a small business, and read the books I love? Note: I did not list social life or self-care… these are mostly obsolete, outside of annoying @wildhill_reads 18 hours a day. The secret is…. I DON’T! At least not everyday, not all at once. Because let’s be real. How much of that did you even know was a part of my life? I bet you learned something. And that’s EXACTLY my point! I’m just now learning, at 35, how okay it truly is to not do every single thing, every single day. Your passion won’t disappear because you can’t touch a book because you have a ball game to watch or you can’t read all day because you’ve got bills to pay. Social media is only as much as we allow it to be. And while I try to be very open and transparent with my mental health struggles and how I run my business, I can’t also film my 9-5 and housework everyday, nor will I ever put my child out for the public. I should also add “ADHD diagnosis in my 30s” for the cherry on top. Which is where I am learning prioritization, combatting hyper-fixation, work-life balance, emotional regulation, and how to be a better self now that I can combat a “real” *thing*, because it’s not just me being an unreasonable bitch like I’ve been told all of my life.
