Hello 👋🏼 My name is Teele and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. I have spent much of my career working with individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and those struggling with life transitions. Additionally, I have experience working with service members and veterans.

I provide a client-centered, strengths-based practice utilizing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I am passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and providing accessible and equitable therapy for all.
