let’s talk ab self care & staying grounded:
i will legit get up 2 hours earlier than whatever I need to do that day if it means i will have the time to give myself priority first. (this has been especially beneficial in letting go of people pleasing… give to yourself first so that you can give the best version of you to everyone else)
walking barefoot outside (but it do be cold rn- bundle up and take a sunset walk and WATCHHHH how your mood and vibration changes)
knowing your emotions are visitors and they will pass (i’m working on this actively lately too)
journaling
nature
exercising (motion issss emotion)
reading / getting tf off social media ❤️
doing something for yourself (taking yourself on a little date, sectioning time for cooking or tuning in, whatever feels good & grounding)
clean, take a shower, de clutter your space
tea and candles. (i love turmeric lemon ginger this time of year)
