A Swan in search of the Sunray.
Found myself, am here to stay.
So grateful for, the month of May.
Thirteen is now the lucky number.
A day that world'll ever remember.
Cast thine eyes like glowing ember
Waking us up from deep slumber.
Awakening shower of Art of Living
Sowing the seeds of joy & giving.
That Life’s about smiling & doing
Just no space for crying & shying.
Instilling the knowledge of sages,
I do feel, I ‘ve been here for ages,
Revealing as I turn back the pages,
Your Omni-presence, in life’s many stages
Giving me all the answers that I wanted
To Questions that, from childhood haunted
Making me feel, I’m your most wanted
Just make a wish ,and its all granted
Oh this glorious day, when you were born!
Is the time when celebrations are on
With joyous smile that millions adorn!
Treading the path that you have shone!

The Reverse Effect
Just like mechanical energy can change to electrical energy and vice versa, some things in life can be deliberately reversed to our benefit.
Happiness and spreading happiness! When we are happy there is an expansion within us which makes us more helpful to others.We forgive others, cheer people up, and exhibit a good humor sense.This can be reversed.
When we feel down and out, deliberately help others(though we may not feel like it), cheer people up and feel your spirits soaring as the reverse effect comes into play.
Those who are in public service have discovered this secret.While we may wonder how such a person who just had a personal set back could continue with their public service, the fact is that they are rejuvenating themselves by making others happy!
