Over six dynamic weeks, our talented interns, Michael and McKay, engaged with 14 units, collaborated with over 30 facilitators, and completed six impactful projects, culminating in impressive final presentations.

Our Senior AU's just finished an intensive E&S Segment UW Training in Chicago! It was an amazing experience to learn from industry experts and network with other talented professionals. We are grateful for the opportunity!

🌿👩‍💼 We are so proud of our team in the Glen Allen, VA office for stepping up and making a difference in their community! 👏 Several employees recently volunteered their time at Maymont Park to help clear brush and clean up the area for an amphitheater area for children. 🌳 Not only did they work hard to make the space safer and more enjoyable for local kids, but they also showed what it means to be true leaders and team players. 🌟

As a company, we value giving back to the communities where we live and work, and this is one example of how our team goes above and beyond to make a positive impact. 💪 Seeing our colleagues roll up their sleeves and work together for a common goal is truly inspiring and reminds us all why we enjoy being a part of this organization. ❤️

This week, employees in the Scottsdale, AZ office had the privilege of volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, an incredible organization dedicated to combating hunger globally. Along with a dedicated team of volunteers, employees spent the day packing nutritious meals intended for children in need across the world.

We are grateful for the chance to contribute to such a meaningful cause and to connect with others who share a passion for making a difference. If you're looking for a way to give back and have a tangible impact, we highly recommend getting involved with Feed My Starving Children.

What an amazing experience at I-DAY in San Diego, CA! 🌺🌴

The Hawaiian theme was such a fun touch and really set the tone for a fantastic day of networking and learning. From the colorful leis to the delicious tropical fruit displays, everything was on point and truly transported us all to paradise. 🏝️

We had the opportunity to meet so many incredible people from different industries and backgrounds, and we are so grateful for the valuable connections we made.

Thank you to our Berkley Aspire colleagues in West Chester, Ohio, who volunteered at Voice of America Park with Butler County Metro Parks! Under the sunny skies they repainted viewing decks, ensuring they stay clean and protected. Plus, a delightful bonus: spotting bunnies hopping around! ☀️ 🐰
