A number of years ago, I met Veteran Journalist and Senior Otsieno Namwaya.
Media advocacy is as crucial part of Mass communication and integration in the society. The event was on Media and Governance. On that very day we shared a panel as I shed light on my experiences in Citizen Journalism
I read his pieces on the Standard back then today I keep abreast with crucial reports in news pools from the organization he serves.
We recently met on the line of duty in a continental summit by Data for governance Alliance consortium. The Summit taking place In Nairobi brings together Researchers, policy makers, civil society actors and the media.
It is made possible by the African Union, the university of Nairobi, Africa Barometer and the IJR.
