Found a calorie free, oil free, sugar free (has sucralose). It’s surprisingly good. The best part is it won’t turn your healthy salad into a high calorie food because of the dressing. Anyone else have a low-cal salad solution?

It always makes me sad to hear people are embarrassed to come to the gym because they are too out of shape. That’s what the gym is there for. To get in shape. We are all routing for you! Get in there 🥰💪

40 min might sound like a long time for a weeknight dinner but, if it’s a busy night and you can Just throw it all in one pot and not have to look after it And get other stuff done while you wait for it to cook and then only one pot to clean up… Sounds pretty great to me! Btw.. Love the double vegetables and no/low carbs at dinner

Got home late tonight. Thank goodness I had chicken thawed. Made fajita bowls with 3 color peppers, cauliflower rice and avocado and tomato. 15 min Dinner and so delicious and healthy!!

Subway to the rescue for a low calorie meal when there’s no time to cook for our little family between work/school and the girls’ softball. I have 8 more weeks of this crazy schedule. PLEASE help!! Need your suggestions of other fast food options that aren’t terrible for us.

The kids wanted spaghetti tonight. I’m trying not to eat processed carbs, especially later in the day. So, I didn’t want to do pasta. I usually do zucchini noodles but, honestly don’t really like them. Tried spaghetti squash for the first time tonight. LOVED it! Delicious! Anyone else do this or have other healthy substitutes for pasta they like? Btw...the squash was super easy to bake and weirdly satisfying shred the “noodles” 🤪

Got to go offshore fishing on Sunday but then our friends had Stone Crab for us so, last night we finally got to eat the Snapper we caught. So good, high in protein and low in calories. If you’ve never tried it, I definitely recommend this delicate white fish with a mild flavor. Not fishy at all. Served it on a bed of sautéed peppers and onions and oven roasted cauliflower and Brussel sprouts and sweet potato. A lot of food but, I was busy and didn’t eat much during the day.
Our friend set his own crab traps and got these beauties and had us over for dinner last night. Only 60 calories for every 3 claws...I definitely ate more than 3😳
Spoiled again by my client. Blackened Mahi-mahi tacos with pineapple/mango salsa on a bed of purple cabbage. SO delicious and fresh. Thank you, Michael Fuller
Thank you to my client who keeps me well fed. He made this delicious pan sautéed chicken breast with awesome spices and a medley of six different peppers and onions over rice in the morning before his training session and brought it to me for my dinner. 🥰Spicy, healthy, delicious! I didn’t plan well and had to grab a rotisserie chicken at Publix to keep on my healthy meal track.
A client tonight was in the same boat and she got a cauliflower rice bowl with veggies and tofu from EatSmart.
Anyone else have healthy option suggestions when you get caught without a plan but still want to stay on track?
Seriously..so hard for me not to snack while I’m making the kids lunches for the next day after dinner is cleaned up. Anyone else struggle with evening snack attacks?

Tastes great without or without the chicken. It’s vegan/vegetarian friendly without the chicken.
I love a big Sunday breakfast. Eggs scrambled loaded with finely chopped zucchini, squash, red bell pepper, and onions, and Avocado toast. 365 calories
