Commonly needed care services
Prepare Food support
If it is hard for you to prepare meals, our services may include providing assistance for shopping for food, preparing and storing food, and/or delivering meals to your home. We can assist with dietary and nutritional planning.

Domestic assistance
Light housekeeping can become frustrating tasks for those affected by aging. household jobs like cleaning, clothes washing and ironing etc.

Home maintenance Minor
general repair and care of your house or yard, for example, changing light bulbs and replacing tap washers or lawn mowing. providing assistance for numerous daily activities, as well as basic peace-of-mind services.

Laundry Services
Sorting out the washing, ironing and your linen cupboard can be a great help.

Physical Assistance
For those suffering from the physical effects of aging, we can help throughout the day in a number of ways:

Nursing Care
A qualified registered nurse comes to your home to assist with medication management, diabetes care, pain management, wound care, bowel care, bladder care etc.
Our Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses can provide a level of home care not found within many other home care companies. We provide nursing care in the familiar surroundings of your own home. Nursing is provided in consultation with your doctors and hospital discharge team.

Our caregivers can provide services that help your loved one stave off or delay further effects of aging, both physical and mental. We can help foster wellness with services that include:

Light exercise program assistance
Activities program in a Day Care Centre. This may include helping our client with exercise instructions as given by physiotherapists or occupational therapists. We may take our clients to a Day Care Centre, Activity Centre, or the local gym.
Special meal. This would include the regular weekly meals from a dietary and nutrition standpoint.
Game or play such as singing or dancing group(s)
A day tour, sightseeing
Cognitive stimulation
This includes any activity to help with mental stimulation, such as; Puzzles, MaJiang, QiGong, and Reading.

Special need care services
We can arrange live-in care
For some clients, we can arrange dedicated live-in Carer(s) living full time in the client’s home. The carer(s) are available from early morning until late in the night and are ready to help at any time in case the carer(s) are needed during the whole day and night.

24-hour care
This is to say we give full care and attention on an hourly basis throughout the night as well as the day. Or this full time job can be shared by three eight-hour shifts between the caregivers, so as to take.

Postoperative Care
People in our care are trying to make the easiest transition possible from a hospital to their homes. We’d live to provide in-home care.
Our non-medical care model includes services necessary to help patients transition safely out of a facility, including:

Medication reminders
Transportation to physician appointments
Coordinating communication between providers
Frequent follow-ups with families and discharge planners
Keeping homes clean and safe
Someone to talk to or someone to be around.
Light exercise program
Safety supervision
Excluded Services
Services that cannot be paid for with HCP funds such as food, rent, utilities, refrigerator, washing machines, kettles, electric lights, prescription drugs (already government benefits), clothing, club tickets and membership fees, leisure travel, any repairs and renovations that add value to the property.

We hope that through our home care services, more seniors and elders will have reduced social isolation risks. By participating in our care services and/or Cooperated-managed home care activities, the elders will get to enjoy and know more about the home care and learn more about Australian Government’s Aged Care benefits and resources that are available for them.
