It’s been 2 weeks since I began my journey to living a healthier life style and setting a better example for my kids. I couldn’t believe the scale number once I stood over the scale 😳 I was in complete shock, especially since I had just recovered from COVID-19. I thought since I had only been eating soups and fruits and veggies I was sure I had lost some weight; that was not the case! I have little to no time to shop, cook or workout. How was I going to make this work? Meal prepping it is, but when would I have time to take my time finding what I need? Answer:WALMART+ I order my fruits and veggies, lean meats and meal prep containers 🤗 all I have to do is prep my food on my day off💪🏼 I will post a video from start to finish so you can see how easy and helpful it all is.
