Jill Devlin Harp
An Irish traditional harper based in Waterford, Jill is both a harp tutor and performer. Jill Devlin is a 24-year-old harper from County Roscommon, Ireland.
Since moving to Waterford in 2016, Jill has become the harp tutor for both Waterford City Comhaltas and Music Generation Waterford, where she facilitates a programme to help assist in the revival of Irish harping within County Waterford.
