This beauty in Stone Canyon by Kevin is now in the hands of its new owners. Would you live here?
Front elevation of our little Kevin Howard home in the Catalina Foothills. This side has much less glass because of sun exposure.
Before and afters. Our Kevin Howard Architect remodel had only ONE bedroom...the master suite upstairs. We have 4 kiddos and needed more than one bedroom.
To create a space for our teen daughter, we transformed the downstairs family room into a bedroom with the addition of massive barn doors. There’s already a full bath downstairs, and we relocated the family room upstairs where the views are better.
These gorgeous custom doors are textured like drywall on the inside to create a wall for Chloé’s projector when closed, and are stunning enough to be a focal point in the front entryway.
The end result is a very cool, spacious, yet private downstairs bedroom that can serve as a family room again or a nice guest bedroom when everyone goes to college in a few years.
The master in our Catalina Foothills home showcases stunning views and stunning architecture.

Love seats make the perfect bold accent in any room. This Navy mid mod is my new fave and is front and center in a savvy Jackie O inspired office project we just completed...full project pics soon.
A tiny, unused balcony turns into the best sunset seat in the house with a bar table nestled against the rail.

Embrace the desert!! 🌵🏜
A workout niche with a view of the world, facing south toward U of A and downtown. By lowering the handlebars and seat, we can keep this spin bike tucked behind the couch and virtually invisible to guests, yet allow a view of the big screen and city for workouts.
It’s all about the views 👁👁
White Italian furnishings allow the views to shine without visually interfering. Low profile shape and size of this minimalist dining set keeps the mountains front and center.

Modern Scandi has been popular for a long time, think IKEA😊, and there’s a reason for that. The combination of classic style and modern lines created the perfect combo of clean and warm.
Article is one of my fave design sources. Their transitional styles go well with a wide range of interiors, and the prices are always good. These Aloe Green Svelti Chairs...wow!
The Svelti Chair in Aloe Green adds a subtle pop of color to family-friendly dining rooms without compromising sophistication.

Our Christmas tile project is complete. This space is small...it’s a guest house, after all, and wasn’t designed with ANY kitchen originally. Just a small sink and microwave. We’ve done ALL the work ourselves on a very tight budget in this remodel, and I absolutely♥️♥️♥️the end result.
Hoping to add quartz counters and a farm sink down the road, but for now we can call it a successful completion. In my opinion it’s the most stunning little kitchen in the Catalina Foothills. Do you like it?
Grouting the kitchen in our Catalina Foothills remodel. This kitchen originally had the same dark espresso wood again above cabinets as a backsplash, which made the small space extremely dark. This white hexagon tile with espresso grout brightens it all up and adds a fun shape. We saved thousands by doing it all ourselves, and have had fun learning how to tile (and putting our teen daughter to work too♥️)
Same space, two different tables. Which look do you prefer? Rustic modern farm dining set, or sleek Italian monochrome white?
Our tiny casita (>2,000 sq ft) called for a tiny tree and simple decor. Happy holidays, everyone! 🦌🎄♥️

Architecture is EVERYTHING!! The master bedroom in our tiny house faces north and gives is panoramic views west and east too. The stunning second story space with floor to ceiling windows has allowed us to enjoy spectacular sunrises, meteor showers, monsoons, forest fires, harvest moons from bed. Plus the dusky wildlife shows. Two coyotes stopped to watch me tie my shoes in the chair yesterday. And this week we’ve watched hawks grab pigeons from the sky, our bobcat stalk rabbits, the javelinas stampede through the arroyo, and Rico the lizard do push-ups on the fireplace.
When you’re ready for a spectacular space of your own, message me and let’s talk about building YOUR little casita with a view.

Ah, Tucson. It’s one of the prettiest little spots on the planet. Great views of a couple other planets and the moon last night with a burning sunset.

A dining room full of sunlight on the edge of the forest. While this space is very informal, flanking the kitchen, the fixtures and windows make it fee elegant enough for the best guests, yet laid back enough to serve as a very functional everyday eating area for a family, eliminating the need for another formal dining area.
