Today I finished my Spokesmodel Competition, Fun Fitness, Runway, Personal Introduction, and Formal Wear! Tomorrow I have my Interview and final show!

What a day! Today .cosner had all of her competition and rocked the stage! I had a blast at my check-in, runway training camp, and casual wear modeling competition! I’m headed off to the pj party to have some fun with the other contestants! Tomorrow is formal wear, fitness, spokesmodel, runway and introduction competition! I can’t wait!

Today I helped my little sister .cosner spread her platform "Never too Young". She shows kids that you are never too young to volunteer and help others. We visited the Urbandale fire department and the West Des Moines fire department. We handed out goody baskets to firefighters. We had the opportunity to sit in the truck, turn on the lights, and even had a tour of the Firehouse! Brining awareness to the organization. Helping Heroes focuses on helping firefighters, veterans, police officers, etc. ease the mind through outdoor activities such as hunting!

Did you know:
Approximately 5 children die a day from child abuse. About 1 out of every 3 kids will be abused by the time they are 18. Remember children are our future care for them today! To prevent child abuse it is important to recognize symptoms of abuse in children. Such as many unexplained bruises, being scared of certain genders,people, and items, large behavior change, suddenly becoming very shy and timid, and many many more.

We got our pictures back from Cook Studio. I'm so proud of how me and my sister's pictures turned out. Follow our journey as Tymberlynn and I take on the National American Miss State stage next weekend. We are so excited and would love everyone's support. Volunteered at the Operation Impact 22 banquet. I had a blast being able to help run the games and handing out the awards. This non profit is such an amazing organization to be part of. The impact and the love behind everything, really shows. They help first responders, polive officers, fire fighters, and veterans by taking them to different outdoor events to healing their mind. 22 meaning: is that there was 22 veterans were committing su***de daily and with programs like this one the have got the number down to 17 this year. Let's help the heros that help our country daily. If you know officer, fire fighter, veteran give them a hug and tell them THANK YOU. Tell them about operation impact 22 let's continue getting them doing outdoor activities so they can keep their mind off the traumatic events they see while helping our beautiful country!

My little sisters helped me donate journals. I love being able to spread kindness with my sisters. Your "Never Too Young" to make a difference. These journals will help kids going through abuse be able to communicate with DHS or express emotions in a therapeutic way.

April is child abuse awareness month! Did you know that 3.6 million cases of child abuse are reported a year in the U.S alone. This month I challenge you to wear blue to support all children that have suffered abuse.

April is child abuse awareness month I have big plans this month to keep everyone educated, aware, and help me spread the word of child abuse. There is a case called in every ten seconds and 1 out 7 children have experienced child abuse. I have paired up with prevent child abuse and Star station to help our community be aware. Kids deserve a happy healthier childhood. Help me by spreading the word, grab a blue pin wheel and put in your garden or in the front yard and take a picture and post on Facebook and learn the some of the warning signs so you can be aware of a child going through abuse and help them earlier because with 1 or 7 children that go through abuse it is more than likely you might be around a child that needs your help.
