April 20. Back in town, sun is shining, it is glorious out there! Bread is rising and the gardens are growing. Sold out Unfortunately supply prices have drastically increased, so I am having to up my prices as well. Comment below if interested in purchasing, bread will be ready later today.

So I know you are wondering if I will ever bake again… between the ice and the snow and the grandkids and the colds, yes I tested and they were colds, it has been a wild few months. Not looking good in the near future as another potential exposure, so here we wait. But fear not, I have been vaccinated, caffeinated, and am ready to roll as soon as it is safe. In the mean time enjoy your coffee, the snow, and do one thing you love at least once a week!

Nov. 13. Busy weeks with family. Will be baking late November, early December. Thanks for the continued support, and for letting me share my love of fresh bread.

Looks like I will have New York deli rye sold out, 1/4 pan Herb Focaccia sold out, 1/4 pan Raisin Focaccia ( no cinnamon, this is a traditional breakfast focaccia) sold out, (1/4 pan is approximately 7”x6”), Plain Bagels sold out,and Cinnamon Raisin Bagels sold out. Still baking, mostly for ourselves, but had a chance to make a grazing table for a wine tasting event this past weekend for a family out at the lake! Very fun putting it together!

So I have come to the conclusion that summer will be spent weeding, watering, mowing and being outside. I will be baking bread again in the fall. Have a fantastic summer!
