FURTHER UPDATE | Today, FA has released a further statement following on from Friday's communication that was to be suspended across eight Local Authorities, which includes input from Lancashire County Council and Public Health England for Lancashire and Blackburn and Darwen.

OPEN LETTER | Following conversations w/ respective parties from Local Authorities and Public Health England, FA CEO Simon Gerrard has penned an open letter following the decision to suspend grassroots football in 8 areas in the county.

We are discussing our new start date and will be updating parents via text as soon as this is confirmed.

We are just as excited as you guys of the possibility of youth football resuming from 2nd December. We are awaiting for the full guidance to be released from the FA before contacting parents with an update.

Unfortunately the Government have made the decision to stop all amateur and youth football as of Thursday 5th November as part of the new national lockdown measures.

This means training will not be on until we are given the go ahead to resume.
