What starting a new project looks like…and trying different possibilities

Deciding a length and distance in between my main pieces, this one is the colorfully cute snowman. And although there are four different colored snowman I think I would prefer having four of the same color. Next I try it with the felt balls, wood beads, yarn pompoms. I did make two similar designs but I have another idea. So many options, so many possibilities.

This was made for my daughters unicorn themed birthday party. What started as idea for the birthday decorations ended as her bedroom decor.

Ok I’m in need of help!!! Please vote below on what type of garland is your favorite (not all pictured, and not based on these colors), but do you prefer fabric rag tie, pom pom, felt stripes, felt balls, wood beads with felt shape? With or without words (like ‘Merry’ at Christmas time)?

Garlands and banners are great for all occasions. They are my latest obsession and of course I had to make one for upcoming Halloween season. DM for details.

Definitely a hard landscape but happy with my progress.

Haven’t been doing much cause I’ve been sick but we have had some weather in the 40’s and sun lately, so that’s a plus.

Some more watercolor practice. I definitely am liking watercolor and it’s always something I’ve wanted to try, just not sure where to take it 🤔?! Hard to stick with one medium or even two 🤦🏽‍♀️

Getting some help from the kids testing out a new idea 🚑🖍️ might be the wrong age group for the amount of detail but that’s why I test. I can adjust the amount of space since younger kids hand control isnt fine tuned yet.

Dreams do come true!! 🤩 one of my proudest builds….my daughters and sons dollhouse with working drawer for storage. I create all the furniture to fit size dolls. Everything is moveable so they create whatever room they want, oh the possibilities

Love is in the air! Would you rather…..go out for Valentines or celebrate at home with your loved one? We have a standing tradition of chicken parmesan, spaghetti, and some red wine. This year will be 17 years since my husband first made me this dish (my favorite) on our first Valentines together.

What is the best homemade gift you have ever receive?

Our little boy is going to be excited when he gets his first and this homemade board. He loves building and this way he can create and move his work to wherever he wants, while allowing us to put it away at night and save his masterpieces.

Which do you like? The darker one on the left or lighter one on the right? No frame yet but the lighter color is like my previous deer a few posts back and will have the same frame.

I haven’t made it to the gym lately but it didn’t stop the inspiration for this piece. I pulled some scrap 1/2” thick ply with a preexisting hole and created this idea. Kettlebell skull with ‘bullet’ hole. Taking preorders with or without bullet hole $25, DM with orders or any changes to the special walnut stain and black combo.
