Whilst hooping on our waist is an important and expected part of of a my HulaFit class, its not the only thing we do. Itβs a fun fusion, combining tried and tested fitness techniques with hip-shakinβ hula hoops, giving you a full body workout.

What a spooktacular HulaFit class yesterday. With moves like co**se pose, vampire wings , zombie stomps and stir the cauldron , it certainly challenged our bodies and brains!

Looking for a bit of feel good fitness for the Autumn. Then come and join me for some hula fitness.
This class is suitable for the total beginner with no prior hooping experience needed.
We'll be using weighted hoops which make it easier to learn and keep the hoop spinning around your waist.
Once you've got the hang of it, you'll learn how to combine it with simple exercises and moves to improve your balance, coordination, core strength and cardio fitness. Making it a fun low impact, full body workout.
Clothing: wear trainers and fitness friendly attire!
Hoops provided. All abilities welcome.
Booking is essential to secure your space. Places are limited as the hoops do need their own space!
First class is free! Then Β£7 a class. Discount on block booking.
