Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas! Thank you all In Warrenton Warrenton Farmers Market , Marshall, and Archwood Green Barns Farmer's Market . Combined with other family and Friend Donations, We were able to collect $700+ to purchase 15 power banks which will help recharge phones and power heating pads for Ukrainians in need this winter.

Is there anything better than a warm wood stove on a cold December day, while munching on a chocolate turtle you hid from your spouse/family? We submit there is not.
Due to rising electric costs we use wood for a portion of our heating in the big blue house. We're fortunate that we still have the lights on. Ukraine is currently experience blackouts and other utility failures thanks to Putin's attacks on civilians. Ukrainians need battery Powerbanks to charge their phones and heating pads so they can keep their beds warm during this winter. One fully charged powerbank can keep bed consistently warm for 6-7 hours or be used to distribute heat to 12-14 different beds. We've already collected $400 and intend on collecting more through the sales of our Ukrainian cookies this weekend to fund the purchase of more batteries. Storytime. When I think of Christmas I think of Singing Carols with my family, mostly at this piano. This piano, older than our big blue house on Wi******er, has some important and beautiful things on top of it.

1. The wreath is from wrachelswreaths and absolutely beautiful! Thank you!
2. The ceramic and cloth dolls are French "Santons" from when my father's time in France. The story of the Santons is that when the birth of Jesus Christ was announced ALL the people dropped what they were doing to go see him. These remind me of my childhood home.
3. The Silver cup trophy was my mom and dad's 1st place roadshow prize. My mother has a beautiful soprano voice and my father was a master pianist. He could play anything.
