Can’t believe my oldest son is going to be 17 tomorrow- so his favorite cookie cake it is!

My meemaw always made these at Christmas and they were my absolute favorite thing! Luckily, she gave me the recipe and now I’m sharing these with you! She called them “filled cookies” but they are more commonly known as Low Country Cookies. They are cut into 2 inch squares and are $6/dozen. I can also include them on a goody tray with peanut butter balls, spritz cookies and chocolate chip cookies. Available for pickup the week of 12/18!
