Oh hi, yes I’m still alive and sewing. XD; I’ve been in my seasonal CROCHET ALL THE THINGS mode for the past few months. But now I’m starting to just sew personal things for myself and work on festi/burner type things.
This is my first personal sew of the year, using my favorite pattern by George + Ginger as a base. It worked up real quick and I already have another on my cutting table!

This is the new Verve Vest pattern, it has various necklines, arm hole options and lengths. Here I did a scoop arm hole, tunic length (which doubles as a mini skirt here since I’m short lol) and with a hood. This is a perfect pattern for some fall layering.

My latest project! This is probably the most altering of existing patterns I’ve ever done. I took the posh top and the malibu dress both from George + Ginger and mashed them together. However, because I wanted something sleeveless for the upcoming weather and I lowkey hate turtle necks. lol I made the neckband shorter and also made the Posh sleeveless, using the front piece also as the back with some alterations. I also took the longer length on the Malibu and added an additional 2 or so inches.
