A customer sent us some pictures of our stainless steel fan shroud on his beautiful 1990 D350 today! He needed a fan shroud after converting to an intercooled-style radiator using a radiator install kit. We think this combination looks great!

If you're a gearhead, successfully extracting a broken bolt is one of life's greatest pleasures! I made a drill guide out of a bolt to keep my bit centered while drilling. I used a left-handed drill bit, and the broken bolt carcasses threaded right out of this engine block!

Got another batch of 2nd gen driveshaft loops in, and 13+ Carli Long Arm driveshaft loops are back in stock!

The 3rd gen has actually been earning its keep lately! This might be the heaviest I have ever towed with it. I really love my airbags for leveling the truck back out and helping with ride quality!

Stainless steel fan shrouds for your intercooled 1st gen are back! This time they come with a beautiful, uniform #4 finish. The stainless steel is stronger, has more scratch and dent resistance, and we think it looks better than the aluminum. The pictures really dont do them justice! There are a handful of aluminum shrouds in stock, but when they're gone, they're gone! Stainless shrouds are just $175 shipped!

Arts and crafts time! Here's a rough draft driveshaft loop template for the 2nd gen ram 2500 and 3500 4x4s! has been kind enough to let me mock this up on his V10-powered 2nd gen!

I added a 1" grid to my design file, and printed it 1:1. The design is larger than a standard sheet of paper, so the grid helped me line up each sheet. I glued it to some scrap cardboard, Punched the bolt holes, and gave it a rough cut. It will be good enough to confirm critical geometry before cutting steel!
