Hello There!
Have you ever heard that dealing with your trauma can help with social anxiety? It's true! β
And with That comes new Confidence, and improves how you feel about yourself.
By facing and processing past events that have caused us pain and discomfort, we start to gain a better understanding of ourselves and how we respond to certain situations.
This new awareness can be a powerful tool in managing social anxiety. It helps us recognize triggers, adjust our behavior, and even lessen the intensity of anxious feelings.
So let's take a step towards healing today and start dealing with our trauma. We deserve to thrive, not just survive!
Hello there! Claire Here and today I'm gonna talk to you about something serious: Social anxiety.
And This is something I know alot about, having had it most of my life. Until I learnt how to beat it.
So, what is social anxiety, you might ask?
It's that feeling of dread, nervousness, and discomfort you get when you're in social situations.
You know, the kind of situations where you're supposed to interact with people, make small talk, and generally act like a normal person.
But for some of us, that's easier said than done.
For example, have you ever been to a party where you don't know anyone? π
Or had to give a presentation in front of a crowd? π
Or even just talk to your crush? π
Yeah, those are the kind of situations that can make someone with social anxiety feel like they're about to jump out of a plane without a parachute.
What does it look like?
Well, for starters, there's the sweating π
. And the shaking. And the stuttering. And the heart palpitations π . Basically, your body goes into fight or flight mode, and you feel like you're about to die.
Or at least embarrass yourself beyond repair. π³οΈ
And then there's the mental side of things.
The constant self-doubt, the negative self-talk, the feeling of being judged by everyone around you. It's like having a little voice in your head that tells you you're not good enough, and that everyone else is better than you.
So, what can you do if you're dealing with social anxiety?
Well, for starters, you can talk to someone about it. Maybe a friend, a family member, or a therapist. They can help you work through your feelings and come up with strategies to cope with social situations.
You can also practice self-care, like getting enough sleep, eating well, and exercising. And there are techniques you can use to calm yourself down when you're feeling anxious, like deep breathing techniques.
But most importantly, remember that you're not alone. Lots of people struggle with social anxiety, and it doesn't make you a bad person or a failure. It just means that you have a challenge to overcome, and that's okay. So, keep on being your awesome self, and don't let social anxiety get in the way of your dreams!
Well, that's all for now, folks. Stay tuned for my next adventure. If you found this useful, Remember Sharing is Caring π
Hey there! It's important to check in with yourself every day and ask - how are you feeling today? Take a moment to really tune into your emotions and be honest with yourself. Are you feeling happy, sad, anxious, excited, or something else entirely?
Remember, your feelings are valid, and it's okay to have good days and bad days. But by acknowledging how you feel and taking care of yourself, you can improve your overall well-being and boost your confidence.
So take a deep breath, close your eyes, and check in with yourself today. And if you're not feeling your best, that's okay too - reach out to a friend, loved one, or mental health professional for support. You got this!
Sunday is a day of rest, don't let Monday steal your Monday, what ever will be will be tomorrow, just relax , focus on how you want your Monday to go, and let the rest take care of itself
Hey there, friends! Have you ever found yourself constantly on the go, never stopping to take a breath? Maybe you're always working, always socializing, always filling up your calendar with activities and events.
While it's great to stay active and engaged in life, it's also important to take time for yourself and let things settle. When we're constantly busy, we don't give ourselves space to process our emotions and experiences. And when we don't process those things, they can come up for us later on β often in ways that are unexpected and uncomfortable.
But here's the thing: letting things settle is actually an important part of the healing journey. It allows us to reflect on our experiences, process our emotions, and make sense of what's happened in our lives. And when we take that time for ourselves, we give ourselves the opportunity to grow and learn from those experiences.
So what can you do about it? Well, first of all, give yourself permission to slow down and take a break. Set aside some time each day or week to do something that you enjoy, whether that's reading a book, taking a bath, or going for a walk in nature. And when things come up for you, try to sit with those emotions and give yourself the space to process them.
Remember, taking time for yourself and letting things settle is not only good for your mental health, but it's also an important part of the healing journey.
So go ahead, take a breath, and give yourself the space to grow and heal. You deserve it!
Success is not just a destination, it's a mindset. It's the belief that you have the power to shape your own future, and the determination to make it happen.

Lets talk about an important question:
Can Confidence Be Learned? π
Some people might tell you that you're either born π£ with confidence or you're not, but let me tell you, that's a load of π©.
Confidence is something that can absolutely be learned, and I should know, because I used to be a scaredy-cat before I became the Confident Coach and Trainer that you all know.
So how do you learn confidence, you ask?
Well, first off, you gotta know what it is. It's not just about being loud and outgoing, although that definitely helps.
Confidence is about believing in yourself, your abilities, and your worth as a person. And if you're not feeling very confident, don't worry, you can change that. Start with reading my Blog post on it

Have you ever heard the expression "crabs in a bucket"? π¦
It's a metaphor for how people can sometimes bring you down when you're trying to succeed. Just like how crabs in a bucket will pull each other down if one of them tries to climb out, there are some people who will try to drag you back when you're trying to move forward. But here's the thing - you don't have to let them! π
ββοΈ Don't let anyone hold you back from achieving your dreams or reaching your goals. Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you, and don't be afraid to cut ties with anyone who tries to hold you back. Remember, you deserve to thrive and succeed, and you don't have to let anyone bring you down. π
Hey friends!
Just a reminder that you are stronger than you think πͺ
It's easy to doubt ourselves sometimes, but we have so much more resilience and determination inside of us than we realise.
And Remember that making mistakes is a big part of learning π It's okay to stumble and fall as long as we pick ourselves back up and keep moving forward. Success isn't a straight line π’ , and that's actually kind of fun π Detours and unexpected paths can lead us to new opportunities and experiences.
And speaking of moving forward, make sure to make time for yourself β° You deserve to recharge and take care of your mental health.
& Finally, remember that perfection isn't real - even diamonds have flaws π So don't beat yourself up if things aren't always 100% . Every small step you take is still a step forward πΆββοΈ
So keep going, you've got this! πͺ
Hey everyone,
Claire here talking to you about Social Anxiety - something I had struggled with for most of my life.
Social anxiety is that feeling of nervousness and discomfort in social situations where you're supposed to interact like a normal human being. It's like your body goes into fight or flight mode and you feel like you're about to embarrass yourself beyond repair. But there are ways to overcome it. You can talk to someone about it, practice self-care and calming techniques like deep breathing. Remember, you're not alone in this, and it doesn't make you a bad person or a failure. Keep being awesome and don't let social anxiety get in the way of your dreams!
Building self-confidence starts with the simple act of liking yourself.
However, if you've spent a lifetime learning how to not like yourself, this can be a difficult task to undertake.
The way you talk to yourself is a critical factor in this process.
Would you talk to someone else in the same way that you speak to yourself? I doubt it. π¬ so why do we talk to ourselves the way that we do.
Well that is down to how you feel about yourself.
So, what can you do to turn things around?
One effective tip that I always share with my clients is to focus on the conscious and unconscious mind.
Start with one thing, and that is how you talk to yourself.
Start to speak to yourself in a kind and gentle manner, just as you would with a younger sibling that you care for deeply. You already do this for others, so it's time to extend that same kindness to yourself.
By doing so, you'll start to build confidence in yourself and your abilities, and over time, you'll find that you naturally begin to love and appreciate yourself more. π
