Here's how I stay on track with my lifestyle goals thanks to Obvi! š
I wake up at 5am and grab my coffee and add my Cinna Cereal Super Collagen Protein powder with a splash of heavy cream!ā
With my coffee I take 2 burn, 2 hello, and 1 lust! āØ
For breakfast I eat 2 scrambled eggs and a cup of fresh cut fruits!!š
I go get on the treadmill typically by 8am for a hour of fast walking and a 10 minute steady jog!šŖš¼
Around 10am I drink my superfood pinks 2 scoops in a 32 oz cup of water with ice!š

Around 4 pm I take my 2 goodbyes to relax and unwind!š„°
I eat around 5pm and typically have 4 to 6 oz of fish or chicken and a cup of vegetables either broccoli, zucchini squash or cauliflower!š½ļø
Around 7pm my sweet tooth kicks in so I will grab my collagen protein powder of choice and make a smoothie with a frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk and ice chips!!š
Around 9 pm I will take my sleep, lust and multi mermaid vitamin and about 30 minutes later Iām in the bed!!š“
